Restore at Carolina Park is a thoughtfully designed 55+ active adult community featuring multiple residential buildings anchored by a vibrant clubhouse, resort-style pool, and engaging amenity spaces. Created for residents seeking connection, comfort, and elevated everyday living, the campus strikes a balance between relaxed coastal energy and refined design.

Living Revolution partnered with SGANW Design and their client to curate furnishings that reflect the lifestyle aspirations of a mature, design-conscious community. Our role centered on sourcing and procuring pieces that feel residential in character while standing up to the demands of shared, high-use environments.

Within the clubhouse and amenity areas, we layered inviting lounge seating, flexible gathering tables, and outdoor furnishings that encourage everything from casual conversation to organized events. Poolside settings were designed to feel resort-inspired yet durable, supporting year-round use and long-term performance.

Selections from respected brands including Arch Design, Blu Dot, Falcon, Kwalu, National Office Furniture, OFS, Summer Classics, and West Elm were thoughtfully integrated to achieve a cohesive, polished aesthetic.
