We’re excited to welcome Damian Thomas as Vice President of Living Revolution, Alyssa Dzurec as Corporate Account Manager, and Mindy Murgatroyd as Senior Project Coordinator. Together, they add valuable experience across architecture, design, business development, client relationships, and project delivery, strengthening an already experienced team and expanding our ability to support clients from initial vision through final installation.

Leadership for the Next Chapter
As Vice President of Living Revolution, Damian will help lead the division’s continued growth, with a focus on expanding its reach, developing new partnerships, and creating new opportunities across the markets we serve.
A Registered Architect with more than 22 years of experience, Damian brings a multidisciplinary background spanning commercial architecture, workplace design, real estate planning, business development, and organizational growth. Throughout his career, he has focused on building strong client partnerships, developing teams, and connecting strategic vision with business opportunities.
“What excites me most is the opportunity to grow a business centered around relationships, collaboration, and creating spaces that truly make a difference in how people live, connect, and feel,” Damian said. “I’m eager to work alongside our incredibly talented team and valued industry partners to build on what we do well today while creating new opportunities across senior living, multifamily, healthcare, and hospitality.”
Expanding Our Expertise
Alyssa brings a strong architecture and design perspective to her role as Corporate Account Manager. She holds a Master of Architecture and certificate in Urban Design from Kent State University and has experience leading large-scale architectural projects from concept through completion. Her combination of design knowledge and project management experience brings a valuable perspective to building and supporting client relationships.
Mindy brings more than 20 years of experience across customer service, project coordination, process improvement, and office operations. As Senior Project Coordinator, she will help organize timelines, align teams, track milestones, and maintain clear communication throughout the project experience.

The addition of Damian, Alyssa, and Mindy expands Living Revolution’s resources across leadership, client relationships, and project delivery while building on the knowledge and experience already established within the team.
