As your partner in design development, we can provide support throughout the entire design process. Whether you need help with with timelines, budgets, product sourcing and team responsibilities, we are your advocate and ensure the products deliver in a timely manner and within budget.

DESIGN SUPPORT

We can partner with the design firm to source set specifications or suggest products that fit a particular look and feel. Our knowledge of manufactures’ products allow us to propose ways to find savings to help meet client needs, budget and timeline.

PROCUREMENT PROCESS

We provide consistent communication while managing finishes, fabrics, samples, and measurements, and we hold manufacturers accountable to their commitments. We demand transparency from our vendor partners and provide detailed reports so there are no surprises upon installation.

ORDER PROCESSING

Our team brings over 20 years of project coordination experience in contract furniture. Our team implements a seamless process for review, order entry, execution, deposits and lead time management.

Receipt / Delivery / Warehousing

Our Project Coordinators meticulously track each order so that upon delivery, everything is complete and correct. Is construction or renovations taking longer than you expected? We arrange for safe warehousing until your community is ready for installation.

installation and Post-Installation Evaluation

We manage the installation process from beginning to end so that each item is assembled and placed according to project design and specification. We have long-term relationships with reliable installers and our team will communicate with the community to ensure that the products and design are meeting their needs. If changes are required, we bring the design team back together to ensure a solution can be provided.
