THE STORY

Anthology of Beaverton is a newly constructed senior living community near Portland, Oregon, offering a full spectrum of care services, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. With a vision to create a vibrant, engaging environment for aging adults, Anthology designed a space featuring thoughtfully curated amenities such as a game room, multiple dining areas, a theater, outdoor spaces, a salon, an activity room, and cozy lounge areas.

Having previously completed several successful projects for Anthology Senior Living, we were eager to embark on our first collaboration in Oregon, bringing their vision for Beaverton to life. As is common with many senior living projects, Anthology of Beaverton needed to navigate budget constraints while still delivering a high-quality, inviting space. Our team partnered closely with Ankrom Moisan to develop a cost-effective plan that aligned with the community’s design aspirations. Leveraging our network of trusted manufacturing partners, we sourced products that met financial requirements without sacrificing quality or aesthetic appeal. This thoughtful approach ensured we preserved the design integrity while remaining within budget—demonstrating our team’s industry expertise.

Like any complex project, challenges arose, but with strategic planning, we adapted quickly. When one manufacturer could not meet their promised furniture delivery timeline, we took swift action to maintain the project schedule. To avoid delays, we arranged for rental furniture to be in place for 30 days, ensuring the community remained fully furnished and ready for sales tours. This allowed Anthology to showcase a welcoming, beautifully realized space to prospective residents, ensuring uninterrupted marketing efforts. Our adaptable and proactive approach kept the project on track while maintaining the high standards of design and functionality that Anthology expected.

The successful completion of Anthology of Beaverton is a testament to our team’s ability to deliver tailored solutions, no matter the location or the budgetary and logistical challenges.
