Sterling Bay partnered with Living Revolution to furnish a dynamic collection of amenity spaces within a newly developed office building in Chicago’s Loop. Designed to elevate the tenant experience, the property delivers a robust amenity package that reimagines what it means to work in the Loop—blending hospitality, functionality, and community at every turn.
Each space carried its own identity, from relaxed common lounges designed for connection to café-style environments that encourage informal collaboration. Our role was to curate furnishings that not only supported these varied uses, but also reinforced a cohesive, elevated aesthetic throughout the building.
One of the most distinctive elements of the project lives on the lower level: a fully activated recreation space featuring a bowling alley, pool tables, and shuffleboards. The breadth of furniture required—spanning soft seating, café tables, game room pieces, and specialty items—made this an especially layered and rewarding installation.
The project also presented a unique logistical challenge. After orders were confirmed, the building timeline shifted, resulting in a year-long delay. With furnishings already in production, we coordinated storage and phased planning to ensure every piece was preserved and ready for installation when the project resumed. Thanks to our expansive Chicago network, we were able to seamlessly bridge the gap—protecting both the vision and the client’s investment.
